willa cather
willa cather is another one of those had-to-read-it-in-high-school-and-ended-up-liking-it authors. i don't know why i love pioneer books so much because i am not a pioneer at all. i hate bugs and the outdoors in general. i couldn't kill and eat an animal if my life depended on it (which it would if i were a pioneer). i can barely summon up the energy to make toast or order pizza. at any rate willa cather rocks.
