why
is it so cold already?
and why won't my landlord turn on the heat? dude, just because you don't
have to turn it on until a certain date doesn't mean it's not already
freezing in our apartment and has been since the middle of september.
every morning when i get up I feel like laura ingalls wilder. and while
actually being laura ingalls was like a huge dream of mine when i was a
child, come on. it is 46 degrees outside and even colder in here. do you
know how much harder that makes it for me to get up early and go to this
bullshit orientation thingy that i already don't want to go to?
seriously.

oh my gosh, our bullshit orientation thingy I don't want to go to is monday evening. do not ask me why they think any of us want to have a cocktail hour to get to know one another because literally none of us care anymore.

as i recall,laura ingalls lived in the middle of nowhere not the heart of chicago. she also had LONG pigtails. she also stayed close to her ma and pa....my how dreams change (sigh).tm
