possible side effects include:
heart racing and pounding
face swelling and turning purple
feeling like you're in an oven
lips swelling like some kind of weird fish
throat closing
people looking at you and saying "you don't look so good".
trip to emergency room

my advice: stay far away from ZICAM, especially if you want to keep your sense of smell
