today's sort-of-an-activist-award...
...goes to Snoop Dogg, for his lyrical work on "Nothin' but a G Thang", from the classic album (and one of my all-time favorites) 1992's The Chronic by Dr. Dre. here we see snoop advocating for safer sex, which makes him, um, kind of a safe sex activist:
